Time for a #BELLAMI Volume Weft move up? Here are 5 tips from @bellamihairpro Head of Education, @ katpee_12✔️
_______
5 tips to making this a clean and safe wear for your guest:
1. Clean sectioning from the very beginning! Sectioning out the right amount of natural hair so it can withstand the weight of the weft itself through the duration of wear.
2. Clamp those beads! When I crimp, I crimp down with gusto. I uses silicone-lined beads on this because there is no I-Tip that I am applying as well. I need the silicone lining to cushion the natural hair and keep the bead from sliding.
3. Proper anchoring. Make sure your edges are down and secure. If they aren’t, then when your guest comes in, you will spend 3 times as long redoing the whole row because the edges are lifting.
4. Clean stitching! Each stitch is done with purpose. There are 2 stitches that occur per bead: one on the left and one on the right. When done correctly, you still give the beads free movement. This is why a 5-week move up is possible.
5. Proper at home care! She brushed and washed and brushed some more! with wefts ***DON’T JUST BRUSH THE TOP! TAKE YOUR BOAR BRISTLE BRUSH AND DETANGLE FROM UNDERNEATH**** This keeps the natural shed from tangling and matting. She also washes out all product very well so there is no buildup on the wefting.
