What have I been up to lately? Back to traveling like crazy for @redken (I leave again in two days to be on stage in Seattle), being behind the chair @workstation.westspringfield, and working on blogs and shipments and podcasts for @chatorchillcard! In addition to that I’m momming to a high needs kid- who is my little angel and ALWAYS comes first- AND I needed something for me! I started being coached by @pilatesntamales so that I can take care of my body; it’s the vessel that steers my daily life! I’ve been wild. In times like these I tend to reach out when I can to friends, post when I can, and just generally do my best to give 100% of myself during any activity. Being present isn’t always easy- but this life makes me happy and keeps my family strong.
