I only had 20 minutes to workout before taking kids to school. @wesokerson said it was enough time. He was right. Here it is
Leg Workout:
With some upper body/and cardio
Nordic hamstring Curl x 12
(Focus on the down phase and help yourself up by pressing with arms)
Thrusters x 12
Bench step overs x 20
(10 each side)
Step up knee drive x 20
(10 each side)
complete all four exercises then take a 1 min. Break
4-5 rounds
15/20 min total work time
