Pumpkin pie spice protein oatmeal with fried apples and caramel sauce 💜 To make this, simply cook 3/4 cup of quick oats in 1 1/2 -2 cups water for 5 minutes, then add a scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder, a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice (store-bought or homemade), a tablespoon of maple syrup and a splash of oat milk. In a separate frypan, fry/sauté a cubed apple in coconut oil (I used 1 teaspoon), then add a pinch of salt and a little more pumpkin pie spice. Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce (you can find my tahini caramel sauce recipe in my cookbook & in the reels section of my profile -> @veganreset). Tip: add some pecans for a little crunch. #VeganReset
