Replying to @ihasan292 DEEP NASOLABIAL FOLDS become more apparent as the cheek fat pad descends inward and down. Years ago, an injector filled the these deep laugh lines in me and it looked horrible. Yes, the lines weren’t as deep and looked smoother, but addressing them this way left my face puffy and heavy looking in the center of my face. Thankfully, most injectors have moved away from this technique and instead focus on rebuilding lost volume along the periphery of the face. I don’t have hyaluronic acid injected into my face for volume anymore. Now, I opt for sculptra. I’ve had a tiny bit of it placed at the sides of my nose and it’s helped to provide some support. I have also had my nasolabial folds injected with PRP/PRFM to stimulate collagen and help support/smooth the skin. That’s been really helpful for me as it relates to in-office treatments.
