A week of healthy lunches☺️
Following on from my food prep video (a few reels back) I made some delicious and nutritious lunches using all the things I prepped super efficiently. Was such a relief have g these things in the fridge, made my day so much better lol.
Here’s what I had;
✨Nourish bowl with sweet potaot, quinoa, tempeh, fresh greens, cherry toms then I added a bit of water to the hummus and turned it into a dressing.
✨Pesto, cherry toms, sprouts and pickled onion on toast. (Because the pesto is packed full of so many amazing nuts, seeds and healthy fats this leave me feeling super nourished that the standard Avo toast)
✨Fried quinoa with tempeh, broccoli, kale, ginger, turmeric powder, chilli flakes and coco aminos.
✨Pesto pasta salad with buckwheat pasta and fresh rocket.
✨Mediterranean bowl - quinoa, sweet potato, salad, sundried toms, olives, hummus and pesto & lots of lemon. SO YUM!!
