Making his wine a natural pairing with the amazing @gizelaho ‘s Porcini fried rice with Japanese curry and umeboshi. He has made his home in Etna, California, and is sourcing high elevation sites from the Trinity Lakes in California to the Cascades of Southern Oregon. At $68 a bottle on @rock_water ‘s list you should run 🏃‍♀️ not walk to try this combo!💪😍🙏🔥🤟😜👍🥹 His Shasta Cascade bottling is a picture of these epic sites. Based around Alpine wines of Europe like Trousseau Noir, Mondeuse & Blaufrankisch, the juice has a rustic edge, bright brambly fruit & a vibrant tannic structure. We like to serve this wine chilled!
