Seeded spelt sour. The flavor I had been craving all week. I wanted to tell y’all I’ve decided to take a little break. I’ve baked every week since the start of 2022 and I’m a bit exhausted. I may hop on here once or twice in April with something random but my plan is to have no plans. I’m not sure I’ve ever told y’all that I work in the auto industry for the day job, and while all is well on that front, it’s super busy and lately I have had the feeling of more dread of bake days then excitement. I don’t want that to be the case. So if you can be patient with me for a couple weeks I’d appreciate it.
