God this horse was going to be a star. I have video of his accident, and it comes up every now and again; seeing his suffering never, ever makes it easier. It was the most traumatic day of my life, I couldn’t ride or jump for 6 months. I have daily PTSD from it. I hope NO ONE ever experiences what happened to him. We could have done nothing.
