The Redes 2025 music program receives girls and boys between 7 and 17 years of age who attend regular sessions of musical teaching based on collective work, responsibility and solidarity, while reinforcing the social values of the participants and their families, who actively collaborate throughout the process. The program focuses primarily on developing youth choirs and orchestras, with some ensembles even participating in national and international festivals. The Redes 2025 music program was created by the Musical Arts Foundation (Fundación de Artes Musicales-FAM), in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Since 2016 the Playing For Change Foundation has partnered with the FAM in order to support its Redes 2025 program, which operates 100% community orchestras 🎻and choirs in neighborhoods in the city of Tijuana.
