A day to celebrate the many benefits that trees provide – clean air, cooler cities, wildlife habitat and connection with nature.🌲 What is National tree day? 🤨 it’s an event that annually takes place in September, organized and coordinated by Tree Canada, a non profit charitable organization promoting planting trees across Canada. The organization was established in 1992 and it created a number of programs aimed at preserving nature of Canada, and was inaugurated by the parliament of Canada in 2011 as a national day for planting trees!
