The best things I ate this week: Mapo tofu, pork belly and what my grandma calls very good kung pao chicken from Red 99 in #TempleCity Everything from @kuyalord_la but especially the Lucenachon (cross between lechon and porchetta served with a stellar vinegar) Pancit with lechon kawali Prawns in garlic crab sauce Grilled hiramasa collar with chile crisp. They sell jars of the chile crisp. If you’re a friend you’ll be getting one for the holidays 👀 The cochinita pibil #tacos from @laluchamk Jamaican patties from @simplywholesome .
