There it goes. A 15-story tower near Erie, Pennsylvania, disappeared in a cloud of dust after demolition crews pulled the structure down. According to @goeriecom, the 150-foot-tall tower was built in 1966 and first used by Turnbull Elevator Inc. the next year to test elevators. In a 1967 article in the Erie Daily Times, plant manager Barry Hercus said the tower was the tallest elevator test tower in North America at the time. šŸŽ„ Greg Wohlford, @goeriecom
