4 tbsp chia seeds
1+1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 scoop @vedgenutrition vanilla ice cream protein
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 cup oat yogurt
1 tbsp chopped pecans
1 tbsp dried cranberries
