This buck was just found dead in Red Wing, Minnesota. At first, they thought it had been speared by another buck’s antler that had snapped off. But when they skinned the skull they realized that the buck had taken an arrow to the head a long time ago. Somehow, that wound had healed in such a way that an antler sprouted from the damaged bone. Kinda makes me wish I had an antler growing out of my eye socket. #fueledbynature
