Labor Day may be a time to relax for some, but @shotbyevi and I were out boxing / working out at 10:00 AM in 100 degree plus weather. No one said this journey would be easy, and I wouldn’t want it to be. Getting stronger, quicker, and better everyday. Don’t ever think it is too late to change.
