CHOC CHIP BANANA BREAD 🍌 this is the best banana bread recipe EVER 😍 you’ll never believe its low calorie, df, gf & refined sugar free. So many rave reviews, you guys gotta try it xx Ingredients: 3 bananas 2 eggs 60ml almond milk 80ml sugar free maple syrup 45ml coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 120g-150g self raising flour (or GF) 70g vanilla protein powder* - I use @macr0mike discount: amb-miranda (or sub extra flour) 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 50-100g chocolate (or as much as you like) 1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a loaf tin. 2. Mix bananas, eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla together in a large bowl. 3. Mix in the flour, vanilla protein, baking powder and salt until smooth. 4. Fold in the choc chips and bake for approx 40-50 mins. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into 10-12. Macros per slice: 159 cals P 7.8g C 16.4g F 7.4g Can easily be made vegan, let me know in the comments below if you need any help with substitutes 💕
