Anyone who knows me knows I love a bold lip. When I remove that bold lip, I love playing with the stained look left behind. This esthetic had become a trend called the Popsicle Lip. So, I purposefully applied my take on this trend and added my flavor to it. PRO Tip: use a cotton tip applicator to blur out the edges and press a lip gloss over the lip design with the pad of your finger. If you smooth the gloss over the lip design, you’ll lose the ombre effect.
