what a great Great Britain. 🇬🇧 Justice for Chris Kaba. Police Brutality in the UK needs to stop. So many lives lost. The Met Police’s targeting of Black and Brown individuals needs to be adequately addressed. The masses need to seek justice for Chris’ Death. A 96-year-old woman dies peacefully, surrounded by family and the whole western world stops to mourn and reflect. Another young Black man is killed by the police and consequently dies alone without his friends or family and there’s no noise. Fuck your wh*teness and fuck putting it above all else. It’s not political to share this horrific story. So heartbreaking and disappointing that people will share pictures and tributes of an old woman with a cartoon bear holding a marmalade sandwich but turn away when another black person is innocently killed. F your aesthetics. F your wilfulness to be ignorant. What happened to your Black squares? Your t-shirts and cute selfies which said “I support Black X”? Your statements saying that you were committed to ensuring that Black people were being looked after and being kept safe? Is it no longer fashionable? Did you ever care? 📸 @misanharriman
