I think dealing with vulnerability is at the heart of art. Sharing your work and opening yourself up to criticism and praise feels vulnerable. Sharing your true feelings and thoughts feel vulnerable. Being seen feels vulnerable. But when we show up in a space with acceptance and openness to vulnerability, there’s potential to create something that connects with someone.
