There are different factors that affect loose skin and stretch marks but for me personally after losing 70 lbs in a year, I had both! Over the years since 2020, I have continued to prioritize my nutrition, hydration, and movement and it’s played a big role in improving my loose skin-especially lifting weights! Everybody is different but what’s most important is putting your health and wellness first 💪 I was scared to start my weight loss because I knew I’d have loose skin but I realized how much better I felt when I made healthier choices and that is what actually matters! My stretch marks were always bright red at my heaviest (like when I took my before pics) but after losing the weight, they have lightened up so much. They’re still there but not as visible as they used to be!
