The Redwing - A winter visitor. I have been luckily enough to find a few good spots where the Redwings would feed on the various berries we have. This has been my first year seeing and photographing redwings & to be honest its been quite fun. I dont often see anything other than common species so spending time with something new has been great! I found them to be a little tricky to photograph but not necessarily because of how they are. I found getting a clear picture hard because of all the twigs that would be infront of them. Also most of the berries had gone so they'd only stay still for a short amount of time. They'd fly to a branch eat the remaining berries and then fly to the next branch and repeat the process.
