Beliefs create results. Here’s how. Your beliefs create your thoughts. Your thoughts inspire your actions. Your actions yield results. Your results reaffirm your beliefs. This is a full circle dynamic that can go one of two ways — positive beliefs yielding progress. Or, negative beliefs yielding regression or stagnancy. Example: Belief: “If I stick to my menu plan, and stay consistent in the gym, I CAN ACHIEVE MY GOALS.” Thoughts: “As much as I love pizza, I’ll pass and as much as I want to skip the gym, I am going to go so I can get the progress in chasing. Actions: Following your meal plan consistently and making time for the gym. Results: CHANGES TOWARDS PROGRESS AND SUCCESS! Reaffirming: “See! 🤩🤩 As long as I can follow my plan it’s going to work!” Or... Belief: “I’ve never been successful on a transformation journey, likely I won’t be this time either. I know I can’t stay consistent for more than a couple days.” Thoughts: “Might as well eat this pizza since I’m not seeing changes anyways. And why workout because I’m not gonna see change after eating this pizza, so I’ll save my time.” Actions: Eat pizza, fall off plan, skip the gym. Results: NO CHANGE. Reaffirm: “See, 😒😒no matter what I do nothing changes anyways so why would I bother?” Choose which beliefs to listen to. The entirety of your progress and success might just depend on it.
