After hearing about, and herself experiencing many poorly held breathwork workshops, Karina founded a comprehensive & trauma informed Rebirthing Breathwork, Emotional Integration & Embodiment school. ~ I envisage a world with Breathwork Practitioners who live and breathe what they do. Who know & practice the medicine they are serving.
