I’m finally officially done with the @bestofvegancookbook 🎉 (the only thing missing is the final cover design, which I’ll hopefully be able to share soon!). The book won’t officially be out for a few more months, but now I can finally focus on so many other projects (turns out, I’m not the greatest at multi-tasking!). And as excited as I am about the book, I’m also very excited to start cooking other recipes again! (Stay tuned for many new ones here soon;)) 🌿 In other news, I’ll be hosting a free 7-Day Vegan Reset (with a self care focus) starting on July 11th with my dear friend @yogaprasad_institute.
