I couldn’t be more grateful to get back in the mountains 😭🏔🥾 I have to admit, I was SO close to cancelling this trip. With everything that’s unfolded recently, I wasn’t sure if it would do me more harm than good. But I sat down, reflected and decided that I wanted to challenge myself. And that whether it went well, or went a little t*ts up, either experience would teach me lessons & lead to growth. Thankfully - a few days hiking, wild swimming and breathing in the fresh mountain air made me feel pretty incredible. There were some small wobbles along the way, but it was ✨definitely✨ the right choice to push myself. I feel like it’s shown me my own strength, proved my self doubts wrong and given me a much needed boost of confidence 🥰 Shoutout to @max.lowery for welcoming me into his home, showing my the beauty on his back doorstep and giving me the opportunity to reconnect with nature. It was just what I needed 🏔🥾♥️
