vegan tofu feta by @averyday.eats 🤤 the perfect way to add an extra 10g+ protein to your salads, wraps, bowls, sandwiches, etc! oh and it only takes 10 ingredients, 10 minutes to make (not including the pressing of the tofu) AND it’s perfect for meal prep since it gets better the longer it sits!! recipe and instructions below: . -1 block firm or extra firm tofu -1 lemon, juiced -1 tbsp miso paste @misomaster -2 tbsp apple cider vinegar @bragg -1 tbsp olive oil @getgraza -1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced -2 tbsp nutritional yeast @thenewprimal -1 tsp italian seasonings -salt and pepp to taste -1 tbsp water . drain and press your tofu for at least 20 minutes. when ready, cut it into small cubes. add to a bowl along with all other remaining ingredients. mix, shake, etc until everything is combined. if you find that your miso doesn’t combine well, you can mix all of your wet ingredients + miso in a small bowl before adding everything else. once everything is combined, you’re done! i *highly* recommend letting the tofu sit overnight or for several hours before eating - it really helps the tangy flavor & the texture develop!!!! . , Vegan, plant based, protein, fitness, meal prep, high protein, easy meals, recipe . #vegan #veganprotein #plantbased #plantbasedprotein #veganeats #protein #lunch #lunchideas #explorepage #easyrecipes #wellness #guthealth #summerfashion #outfitinspiration #wieiad #whatieatinaday #fulldayofeating #mealprep #tiktok #easyrecipes #easyrecipe #breakfastrecipes #thatgirl #explorepage✨ #explorepage #highprotein
