Had the greatest pleasure of not only dining but getting to know @svenwassmer of @wassmermemories, Switzerland’s newly minted 3 Michelin starred restaurant inside the wonderful @resortragaz. What I’ve come to appreciate about Sven’s cooking is his thoughtful commitment to showcasing all the beautiful produce the alps has to offer like its butter, aged cheeses, local fish, foraged mushrooms, and herbs. Instead of looking far, he looks at home and within for inspiration. His food and style isn’t necessarily over the top, but with great product and technique he allows the taste to do the talking.
