In honor of #womensequalityday, we recognize all the women who fought and continue to fight for a society that is more equitable. We also celebrate all the women artists, like The DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center’s founder Dr. Margaret T. Burroughs, whose work paved the way for generations to follow.
