💧 Alternating floor press 20 reps
💧 Weighted jumping lunges 30 seconds
💧 2 arm DB row
💧 Seated incline curls 10 reps
💧Seated incline skull crushers 15 reps
💧 1-2 min rest between rounds
💧 Repeat for 3 or 4 rounds (I had to dig deep for round 4 😅)
