IT’S HERE. this album has been a long time coming. i never thought i could make something like this. i think i always knew i had these songs buried in me, i just didn’t know i had the skill set to make them with. i’ve put out a lot of music in my life, but these songs are some of my favorite things I’ve ever made. this album was for me. i had a rough year. a rough few years. my passion for music was put to the test like it never had been before. my sanity was put to the test. i know a lot of us were in that same boat. i used all this music as a way out. i wrote exactly how i felt no matter how vulnerable it made me. it was cathartic. it was therapy. i feel like the world promises us direction when we’re young. we’re promised safety, & love, & an identity that will be accepted. at some point the world seems to turn its back and let you figure it out on your own without the tools to actually be successful. it leaves you stranded, watching everybody else who managed to figure it out just go by and deal with life easily. this is me talking to the world, this is me saying you can’t just ignore this anymore. this is me saying, “LOOK WHAT YOU MADE”. dropping 8/24 - you said you wanted the ALT record, and you’re getting it.
