Noi lo amiamo accompagnato a un buon primo a base di molluschi, un formaggio fresco o le carni bianche. 🇬🇧 Our Congiura is made from an all-new blend of Pinot Grigio and Riesling, and bears an evocative name that recounts our Castle's centuries-old heritage. It's a surprising, elegant, and complex white wine. On the nose, it displays mineral notes, apple, plum and peach, acacia flower, and hawthorn, and the mouthfeel is fresh, round, and persistent. We love it with pasta in shellfish sauce, fresh cheese, and white meat. 🇩🇪 Unser Congiura wird aus einer völlig neuen Mischung von Pinot Grigio und Riesling hergestellt und trägt einen vielsagenden Namen, der an das jahrhundertealte Erbe unseres Schlosses erinnert.
