Well ladies and gentlemen I’ve done it. I’ve found the best breakfast restaurant there is. Introducing @nep.cafe in Fountain Valley, CA. First pictured is a soft scramble with crab meat on top...they call this one Crab toast, which (while the crab is amazing) somehow undersells maybe the best soft scramble which is literally perfect. Second, is the banh mi chao. This is the best steak and eggs you’ll ever have. Filet mignon that you can cut through with a fork served with eggs, a truffle peppercorn sauce, and you’re gonna want to add that bone marrow like I did. It’s served with a baguette (the banh mi part). And they have Vietnamese coffee’s that are delightful. I got the Ca Phe Tiramisu! This is my idea of breakfast.
