I’ve truly lived a lifetime in September, so of course, I wrote a poem about it. All of my dreams came true, and some cracked along the way. I’ve had to let go of the hands of my many selves, in order to fully embrace the person I am today. These days have brought so much love, nostalgia, and open doorways. It is in letting go, I’m able to fully maintain gratitude for what is in front of me. I’m grateful beyond words. 💐💖🏵
