The M&S Bank Arena is part of the ACC Liverpool Group which is an interconnected arena, convention centre and exhibition centre. The campus has welcomed over 8.3 million visitors and generated more than £2.1 billion in economic impact for the Liverpool City Region. Some notable areas of this assessment are the venues local direct impacts through Local Community where the venue have demonstrated outstanding community engagement and provision of opportunities for the local community to be involved with the venue. In regard to global wider impacts, the venue has achieved ISO 50001 and demonstrated excellent energy and power management. The venue has excellent governance in place and this is highlighted in their EDI and Health and Wellbeing policies” - AGF assessor.
