Check out @sipbowllamian located in the heart of Kerrisdale. They offer seven different types of noodle thickness so you can experience different textural contrast. Here are some of the items I've tried: Sipbowl Signature La Mian - For this bowl, I chose the supreme noodles with beef brisket. The supreme noodles were the thickest noodles and it has a very chewy texture. If you love thick noodles, you got to try this thickness! Braised Beef La Mian - For this bowl, I chose the spicy threaded noodles. The broth was very flavourful with the perfect amount of spiciness, and the braised beef was tender. These noodles were less chewy than the supreme noodles and it locked in the flavour of the soup. Chili Sauce Beef and Tripe - The beef and tripe were tender and flavorful in the marinated chili sauce. This is the perfect side dish to have with your noodles!
