Happy 2023 guys! For the past few years I’ve set myself a January challenge to try and move a little bit every day and lots of you have got involved with me too. I’ve really really loved taking on a challenge with you and hearing how you’re getting on has definitely kept me going. I haven’t got back to exercising since having Annabella yet, but I do still want to challenge myself to do something to help lift those January blues. So, this year, I’m going to focus on my mental well-being and do something for my mental health each day. I’m finding that I don’t have a lot of spare time at the moment with Annabella being so young, but even if it’s just 5 minutes to call to a friend, take a bath, a walk with Alfie and Annabella, just something to encourage me to look after myself and stay positive in January. I would absolutely love for you to join me on this challenge...Whether you’re a fellow new mum or someone who’s frazzled from Christmas and wants something to aim for in January I’d love you to get involved and share how you too are looking after your mental well-being this month x
