Kinder Bueno Weetbix 🍫 wafer inspired base, hazelnut cream filling, milk chocolate ganache & dark choc drizzle 🤤 single serve, only 7 ingredients & GF xx Base: 2 weetbix, crushed 110ml almond milk 1 tbs sweetener (stevia or maple syrup) Cream: 140g yoghurt - I use @yoproau 15g protein powder - I use @macr0mike choc hazelnut flavour (discount: amb-Miranda) Ganache: 10g milk chocolate or hazelnut spread 20g yoghurt 10ml almond milk 5g dark chocolate Method: 1. Crush weetbix in a bowl, add sweetener and almond milk. Mix together and smooth it over for the base. 2. In a seperate bowl, mix together yoghurt and protein powder until smooth. Spread over the base. 3. Melt milk choc/hazelnut spread in a bowl in the microwave (I do 15-30 sec intervals so it doesn’t burn). Mix in the yoghurt & milk until smooth. Spread over the cream layer. 4. Melt dark choc and drizzle over the ganache. Place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour or overnight.
