PINK APPLE OVERNIGHT OATS
If you haven’t fallen completely and utterly, head over heels in love with overnight oats yet....THIS is the moment!!! My oats are about to be your new favey breakfast dream come true! Beautiful blushing PINK APPLES you guys!! protein packed chia, heart healthy oats, creamy cashew butter. Nutritious and oh so delicious. Let’s make some yummy brekky!!
INGREDIENTS- serves 1
- 3/4 cup gf oats
- 3/4 cup plant milk
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tbs maple syrup (optional)
TOPPINGS-
- 1/2 pink apple, sliced
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tbs cashew butter
TO MAKE
1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir thoroughly.
2. Cover and refrigerate minimum 2 hrs or overnight.
3. Once the oats are ready, Slice your apples and banana and lay over oats along with the cashew butter
4. Dive in!!! ENJOY you awesome humans!
