As our climate continues to change around us, eco-anxiety has begun to emerge as a public health issue.
Managing eco-anxiety can be different to other forms of anxiety, as the amount of control a person has over their situation can be vastly reduced when it comes to the climate.
At the Matilda Centre, PhD candidate Eliza-Rose Gordon is taking on the task of designing an intervention specifically targetingthe different ways eco-anxiety can affect us day to day.
