We’re very excited to announce our very last retreat of 2022. Seed to Plate, 13-17 October. On this 5 day Tuscan experience, immerse yourself in pure wildness as we are guided on the journey of seed to plate. We begin our days in the vegetable garden with regenerative farmer @jacks_patch learning about the fundamentals of permaculture, no-dig gardening and the influence of the moons cycle through biodynamic practices. After a lunchtime plant-based feast created with the abundant October harvest (think beets, pumpkin grapes, olives, figs, blackberries, brassicas and wild mushrooms 🤤), we’ll head out to the forest with fungi forager @trewhitts and intuitive herbalist @wildtealady where we’ll go searching for wild mushrooms and healing plants to bring back to our kitchen lab to create herbal elixirs to remedy over winter. We gather around the table each evening with ‘The Whole Vegetable’ author @soph_gordon to learn how to create delicious, no-waste vegan dishes and clever ways to preserve produce grown in the garden. Fireside story telling, nature walks, guided meditation and breath-work will support your journey to feeling completely grounded and nourished. This retreat is open to all genders and we have room rates available for couples and friends to share a private room or cottage.
