What many people don’t know about me is that I graduated from interior design school top of my class. I worked in design for a few years when I lived in Saudi Arabia. I had my first child at 21 and Co-founded what became one of the largest bakeries in Saudi Arabia 🧁 I hustled my ass off every single day and loved every minute of it. That was my life for 5 years. And then my world changed . At the age of 26 I gave birth to my second child Hala.👧🏻 MY ANGEL HALA had special needs so I moved to miami in 2014 to provide her with the healtcare she needs🙏 I left my entire life behind and started all over in a new country 🇺🇸 It was NOT easy. I CRIED ALOT . It was at that moment when I needed it most, I FOUND YOGA.I went every single day . I kept showing up. It saved me. It changed my life and it can change yours too. After two years of practicing I got certified and became a teacher. I started to teach and teach and teach. I made new friends which grew into a beautiful community and family. . Mimi Yoga represents all that I am. It’s my entire life story. . My goal is to keep building community that is safe and non judgmental. Judge me for my fake boobs, or love of fashion— but NO ONE can ever take my power away because I did it. I am still doing it. EVERY SINGLE DAY. Those that judge you simply don’t know you.
