3 WEEK SELF DEFENSE SERIES 👊 Registration requires the commitment to attend ALL 3 CLASSES! RSVP IN OUR LINK IN BIO! 💥October 24, 4-6pm. 💥November 7, 4-6pm. 💥November 14, 4-6pm. The classes will be held indoors, inside the REACH LA Studio on the second floor. An elevator is available at the ground level to the left of the entrance. 🌻These 3 classes will be led by Vanessa Carlisle and Cori Izellah. No experience necessary. 🌻Classes are progressive. Participants will build skills in situational assessment, verbal self defense, escapes, strikes, and aftercare, including the legal/practical considerations of using self defense. 🌻This class is for people who want to deepen their understanding of self defense principles and techniques. You may be interested in sharing techniques within your own communities, learning how to help protect others, or simply gaining some confidence in what your body can do! 🌻TGNC BIPOC attendees will receive a $25 gift card to their choice of Amazon, Target, Uber or Ralph's. 🌻Ground entrance and parking instructions in the last slides!
