When’s the last time you let yourself really play? 👀 From Disney adventures to watching my favorite childhood bands light up the stage this year, I’ve been leaning into joy in new ways. And this week, I had one of the most delightful experiences at @thecreativity.bar in Donelsen. The owner not only welcomed me in but also created a doodle of me for us to color together. Coloring your own face (and then watching someone else color you) is wild. It’s fun, a little vulnerable, and honestly one of the most unique ways I’ve ever connected with someone. If you’re a leader or team looking for ways to spark empathy and deeper connection, I can’t recommend The Creativity Bar enough. Today, I’m off to watch a kickball game (and maybe join 👀). I’m rediscovering delight in my most playful self — and I have to say, it feels incredible. Here’s to more color, more play, and more joy ✨
