We would like to formally acknowledge and apologise for a recent post of ours that featured @senemaluwapi at the @melbfashionweek ganbu marra runway on Saturday the 15th of October. We take full accountability for the misrepresentation of us being responsible for styling her hair when we didn’t. We understand that applying product is simply not enough. Subsequent communications with @senemaluwapi highlighted to us that she was not given the same attention as other models backstage and we are deeply saddened and apologetic that this was her experience. We believe that everyone deserves the same attention backstage and we will ensure a respectful working environment and experience for all models and teams will be delivered in the future. This experience will result in further training for all our stylists to ensure the right equipment and products are on hand and are in every stylists kit to accommodate all different styles and textures. We are truly sorry and will learn from this.
