Rosewood Mayakoba (Cancun) Attend the Chef’s Garden Dinner at La Cieba to meet other guests and staff at the hotel. It was one of the most memorable meals of my year. 4. Daunt’s Albatross (Montauk) See Koda for daily dopamine hits 5. Bluebird Dennisport (Cape Cod) Grab drinks at The Ocean House bar after a beach day 6. The Little Nell (Aspen) The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Aspen town, so make reservations for dinner and leave time to pop into the local bars you walk past. 7. The Penninsula (London) Take any mechanophiles to Brooklands Bar for major brownie points. See how many plane, train, and automobile Easter Eggs they can spot. 8. The Ludlow Hotel (New York) Walk down Orchard St for some of the best shopping in New York. 9.
