Intentions are hard....how they are received and what you meant can be difficult. As a therapist, I’m hyper aware of the things I do an the intent behind them....but that doesn’t mean people receive it in the way that I intended and I have to be ok with that. #therapist #therapy #mentalhealth #relationships
