I bought this book from a charity shop about a year ago and have never opened it. I was looking around at the piles of washing I need to do and the next student assignment and thinking I really need to sort my life out and organise myself. So I got this out and it became something else I "should" do. Then I thought what if I rephrase it to 'I want'. Do I want to go through that book? No. Do I want to do the washing? Kind of, because then the place will be clean and I'll feel better. Ditto the assignment. So, the book is going back for another year, the place will get sorted and I will feel happier because I will be doing what I want. Makes sense?
