In the middle of a marathon of jobs, each with intricate and complicated creatives that push me to my mental edge. Each time I hit what feels like my limit, I’m pushing through to another realm. I’m still learning how to also be a human through this process, too often neglecting my body and spirit. No sleep, too much coffee, not enough touch. This list came to mind this morning as a good reminder to myself. When the dust settles, I’m dreaming up a way to bring more of my work as a healer into this space for fellow creatives.
