There’s nothing quite like a homemade Moo Shu Wrapper. They are paper thin, soft, chewy, with a delicate crisp. It’s a perfect blanket to roll up veggies, a roast duck from Chinatown, or spicy pork and cabbage moo shu (recipe coming up next!).
